Order a Debris Box

Forms are needed to order all MTWS Temporary Residential and Commercial Debris Boxes, On Call Debris Boxes and Compactor Services. All projects that are tracking construction and demolition material diversion rates and require individual load weight tickets (including LEED Certified projects and all City of Santa Clara permitted projects over 5,000 square feet) should use the Green Halo category.
